Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to all products, games, applications and services operated by ZenoWorks Co., Ltd. (operating as zenoworks.studio).

Our products differ significantly in how they handle data — some collect nothing at all. Each section below states which product groups it applies to.

1. Which Products This Policy Covers

Our products fall into four groups. Throughout this policy, we refer to them by name:

GroupWhat it includesAdvertising
Web Games Games you play directly in your browser at zenoworks.studio Yes
Mobile Games Our game apps distributed through Google Play and the App Store Yes
Offline Tools Fully offline utility apps, such as our handwriting practice app No
Our Websites zenoworks.studio and any other website we operate Yes

You can also confirm the data practices of any individual app from its "Data safety" section on Google Play or its "App Privacy" label on the App Store.

2. Information We Collect

We are committed to minimal data collection. What we collect depends on which group a product belongs to.

Offline Tools — we collect nothing

Offline Tools collect no data of any kind. They contain no advertising and no analytics, they do not connect to our servers, and everything you create stays on your device. This is not a limitation of what we choose to collect — there is no mechanism in these apps that transmits data to us.

Where an Offline Tool offers a paid version, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We receive only a confirmation that a valid purchase exists. We never receive or store your payment card details, and we do not receive any advertising identifier through a purchase.

Web Games, Mobile Games and Our Websites

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address or contact details unless you choose to write to us.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Data Storage & Retention

Game data such as scores and progress is stored locally on your device, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app removes it.

Log data collected by our hosting providers is typically retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

Applies to Web Games, Mobile Games and Our Websites. Offline Tools use none of the services listed here.

These services are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices and we encourage you to review them.

Advertising personalization

Non-personalized advertising still uses limited information such as page content, country-level location and device type for frequency capping and fraud prevention. It does not build an interest profile of you.

If you purchase an ad-free version of one of our products, we stop requesting advertising for you and no longer collect an advertising identifier through that product.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Applies to Web Games, Mobile Games and Our Websites. Offline Tools use no cookies and no tracking technologies.

We and our advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how our sites are used, and deliver and measure advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. On mobile devices you can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings. To opt out of personalized Google ads, visit Google Ad Settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how our services work.

7. Children's Privacy

Our products differ in who they are intended for, so this section is set out by product group.

Mobile Games

The intended age group for each app is shown on its store listing. Where an app is intended for general audiences that include children, it is a mixed audience service under applicable law, and we treat it accordingly rather than claiming it is not used by children.

When you first launch such an app, it asks you to enter your age information through a neutral age screen before any ad is requested. We store only the resulting age category, not what you entered, and the category stays on your device.

Where a user is identified as under 13 — or under the applicable age of digital consent in their jurisdiction — we apply all of the following:

If age information is unavailable for any reason, we apply these child protections by default.

Web Games and Our Websites — general audience

Our websites and the games played on them are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly build interest profiles of, or apply behavioral tracking to, users we know to be children.

Offline Tools

Offline Tools collect no data of any kind and contain no advertising and no analytics. There is therefore no data-related reason to restrict who can use them; as with our other apps, the intended age group for each one is shown on its store listing.

Parental rights

Parents and legal guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data by contacting us at the address in Section 14. We will verify the request before acting on it, and we ask that you mention it concerns a child so we can prioritize it.

Regulatory compliance

We comply with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the provisions of the GDPR concerning children (Article 8), and equivalent requirements in other jurisdictions. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information in breach of this policy, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

9. GDPR (European Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. Our legal bases for processing are legitimate interests (providing and improving our services) and consent (for personalized advertising). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. CCPA (California Users)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to have it deleted, and the right to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at support@zenoworks.studio.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that appropriate safeguards are in place.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our services or to legal requirements. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new date.

If we add a feature that involves personal data, we will update this policy before that feature goes live, so that what you read here always reflects what our products actually do.
