These Terms of Service apply to all products, games, applications and services provided by ZenoWorks Co., Ltd. (operating as zenoworks.studio). By accessing or using any of them, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We provide browser-based games, mobile applications and utility tools. These Terms use the same product groups as our Privacy Policy:
Most of our products are free to use and supported by advertising. Some are paid, or offer paid features. Which applies to a given product is stated on that product's page or store listing. For the current list of products, see zenoworks.studio.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time. Where a service you have paid for is discontinued, any refund will be handled under the policies of the app store through which you purchased it.
Our services are intended for users of all ages. Our games are designed for general audiences and are likely to appeal to children; how we handle age and advertising for younger users is described in Section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use our services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and purchases should be made only with their permission.

All content available through our services — including game design, artwork, animations, sound effects, music, code, text, logos and trademarks — is the property of ZenoWorks Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to reproduce or distribute our content, or to create commercial works based on it.
Some of our products also include assets created by others and used under open source licenses. These are listed, with their copyright holders and license terms, on our Third-Party Licenses page.
Applies to Web Games, Mobile Games and Our Websites. Offline Tools contain no advertising.
Advertising is what allows us to offer these products free of charge. We display advertising supplied by third-party networks, currently Google AdSense on the web and Google AdMob in our mobile apps. The content of those advertisements is determined by the networks, not by us, and we are not responsible for it.
Any dealings between you and an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser. We are not liable for any loss arising from them.
Some of our products are paid, and some free products offer optional paid features. All purchases are processed by the app store you downloaded the product from — currently Google Play or the Apple App Store.
If you send us feedback, bug reports or suggestions, you agree that we may use them to improve our products without any obligation to you. Please do not send us confidential information.
Our services may contain links to websites we do not operate, including app store listings and the privacy policies of our advertising partners. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content or practices.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of them is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZenoWorks Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZenoWorks Co., Ltd. from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you reside. Where those laws apply to you, they prevail over this section.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new date. Your continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
